The service and your agreement

HP&Party is an independent beta operated by the site administrator for adults seeking romance, friends, gaming parties and creative connections. Contact the administrator through Contact & help. When creating an account or accepting these terms in the app, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. The Privacy notice explains data handling.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, legally able to use the service where you are, and truthful about your age and identity. Choose a public username; you do not have to publish your real name. Use an email you control, protect your password and authenticator, and tell us if someone gains unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, share an account, create accounts to evade moderation, or automate unsolicited activity.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of your content. You give HP&Party a limited, nonexclusive permission to store, format, display and transmit it as needed to operate the features you use, honor your visibility choices, investigate reports and maintain the service. This is not permission to sell your content or use your likeness in advertising. Permission ends when the content is removed, except for restricted copies retained for the reasons described in the Privacy notice.

Upload only material you have permission to share. Respect the rights and privacy of photographers, artists, friends and other members. Fandom names, game names and references do not imply endorsement or a partnership with their owners. Do not post another person's private messages or identity documents publicly. A cropped screenshot may be sent privately to support when relevant to a problem.

Connections and personal safety

Respect every member's stated goals and consent. A match score, accepted request or verification badge does not guarantee compatibility, trustworthiness or safety. Email verification checks inbox access; an optional ID check has a different scope and does not constitute a background check. We do not guarantee any number of matches or a particular relationship outcome.

Use the block and report controls if something feels wrong. Do not send money or financial credentials to people you meet here. For an in-person meeting, choose a public place, arrange your own transport and tell someone you trust. HP&Party is not an emergency service.

Beta availability and payments

The current beta is free and the website does not collect payments. The administrator can manually label memberships free, beta, trial, paid or complimentary and set access dates. A paid label does not create a charge, a subscription or an automatic renewal. Scheduled, paused or expired membership access stops member browsing, forum access and chat; account help, admin notices and account deletion remain available unless a separate safety suspension applies. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or contain bugs. We will explain pricing and obtain the required agreement before any future paid feature; accepting these terms does not authorize a charge. Keep a copy of important content where appropriate, because we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage.

Moderation and closure

The administrator may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts for violations, safety concerns or legal obligations. The response should reflect the severity and context; serious cases can lead to immediate restrictions. Ask for a review through Contact & help, including the username and relevant details. Do not bypass a block or suspension while an appeal is considered.

You may pause discovery or permanently delete your account through Account & privacy. Deletion removes your forum discussions and all replies to them, your replies in other discussions, and entire private conversations associated with the account from the live app and may require provider cleanup, as explained before confirmation and in the Privacy notice. An administrator account requires a separate transfer or closure process so the community is not left without an operator.

Changes, disputes and your rights

We will publish updated terms with a date and request acceptance of material changes before affected member features continue. If you disagree, you may stop using those features and request account deletion. Please contact us first about a service dispute so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. You retain any right to bring a complaint or claim under applicable law.
